Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 2026-10-04
MocMok is a social and gaming app for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page explains our standards, how to report, and how we respond.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on MocMok: any child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexualized depictions or discussion of minors; grooming, solicitation or sextortion aimed at minors; sending explicit content to, or requesting it from, a minor; trafficking or any other exploitation of minors; and links, code words or redirection to any of the above. This applies whether the content is real, synthetic, drawn or written.
Age requirement
A date of birth is required at sign-up and anyone under 18 cannot create an account. If we learn that an account holder is under 18, we ban the account and delete the profile. If you believe a user is a minor, please report them.
How to report
In the app, every user's avatar panel, chat conversation and game results screen has a Report option. Choose the reason "Involves a minor" and attach screenshots if you have them. You can also email support@mocmok.com with "Child Safety" in the subject line. You do not need to be personally involved to report, and the reporter's identity is never shared with the reported user.
How we respond
Reports flagged "Involves a minor" are reviewed by a person with priority, within 24 hours. Once confirmed we immediately remove the content, permanently ban the account and its associated devices, preserve the necessary evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement as required by law. Where there is an imminent risk to a child we cooperate with law enforcement on an emergency basis. There is no appeal for CSAE violations.
Compliance with the law
We comply with U.S. federal law, including the reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and with child safety laws in the regions where we operate, and we respond to lawful requests from law enforcement.
