1. 接受本协议

MocMok（以下称「本应用」）是一款由 AI 驱动的社交应用，提供 Agent Match 智能匹配、即时聊天与多人互动游戏。Agent Match 会根据你主动填写的资料、兴趣、社交需求、位置与搜索范围，由 AI 理解你的社交意图，并向你推荐可能合适的其他用户。

注册账号、访问或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本协议、《隐私政策》、《社区规范》以及我们不时发布的其他适用规则。如果你不同意，请勿使用本应用。

本应用仅面向成年人：你必须年满 18 周岁，并具备依据适用法律订立本协议的能力，方可注册或使用本应用；注册即表示你确认符合上述条件。未满 18 周岁请勿注册或使用。我们有权在法律允许的范围内以合理方式核实年龄或账号信息；如有合理理由认为你未满 18 周岁，我们可以限制、暂停或终止你的账号。

2. 你的账号

你需要提供真实的出生日期并妥善保管账号凭证。一个账号同一时间只能在一台设备上登录，在新设备登录会使旧设备自动退出。你对账号下的一切行为负责；发现账号被盗用请立即联系我们。

3. 用户内容与零容忍政策

你在本应用内发布的文字、图片、语音、头像与资料（「用户内容」）由你自行负责。我们对以下内容采取零容忍政策，一经发现将删除内容并可能立即封禁账号：骚扰、辱骂、威胁或恐吓他人；色情、露骨或性暗示内容；基于种族、民族、宗教、性别、性取向、残障等的仇恨言论；涉及未成年人的任何不当内容；诈骗、引流、垃圾广告；毒品、武器等违法内容；冒充他人或散布虚假信息。

4. 过滤、举报、拉黑与处置

本应用对聊天文本与上传图片进行自动过滤，命中的消息不会被发送或会被删除。你可以在游戏内、结算页、私聊与资料页举报任何用户，也可以随时拉黑对方：拉黑后你们不会再被匹配到同一局，也看不到彼此的消息。我们会在 24 小时内处理举报，并视情节警告、删除内容、临时或永久封禁账号。被封禁的账号无法登录。

5. AI 功能与 Agent Match

Agent Match 可基于你主动提供的个人资料、兴趣偏好、社交需求、地理位置、搜索范围及其他匹配条件，使用 AI 帮助理解你的意图并推荐可能相关的其他用户。AI 生成的理解、总结或推荐可能不完整、不准确或不适合你的实际情况，我们不保证匹配结果、其他用户身份或资料的真实性、兼容性、安全性或任何社交结果。你应自行判断是否以及如何与其他用户建立联系，并对自己的互动和决定负责。

6. 游戏与虚拟物品

游戏内的金币、排位分等虚拟数据仅供娱乐，不具有现实货币价值，不可兑换、转让或退款。我们可能为了公平性调整规则或重置数据。

7. 隐私

我们如何收集与使用你的信息，见《隐私政策》。使用本应用即表示你同意该政策。

8. 终止

你可以随时在「设置 → 注销账号」中申请注销，账号会在 30 天冷静期后彻底删除；冷静期内重新登录可取消注销。我们有权因你违反本协议而暂停或终止你的账号。

9. 免责声明与责任限制

本应用按「现状」提供，我们不对服务不中断、无错误作出保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用产生的间接、附带或惩罚性损失承担责任。

10. 协议变更

我们可能不时更新本协议，重大变更会在应用内通知。更新后继续使用本应用即视为接受新的协议。

1. Accepting these terms

MocMok (the "App") is an AI-powered social app offering Agent Match, instant chat and multiplayer games. Agent Match uses the profile details, interests, social goals, location and search range you choose to provide so that an AI agent can understand what you are looking for and suggest other users who may be a good fit.

By creating an account, accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and any other rules we publish from time to time. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to sign up for or use the App; by signing up you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are under 18, do not sign up for or use the App. Where permitted by law, we may verify your age or account details by reasonable means, and if we have reason to believe you are under 18 we may restrict, suspend or terminate your account.

2. Your account

You must provide your real date of birth and keep your credentials safe. An account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs the old one out. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account — contact us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.

3. User content and zero tolerance

You are responsible for the text, images, voice, avatar and profile details you post ("User Content"). We have zero tolerance for the following; such content is removed and the account may be banned immediately: harassment, abuse, threats or intimidation; pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content; hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar; any inappropriate content involving minors; scams, solicitation or spam; illegal content such as drugs or weapons; impersonation or misinformation.

4. Filtering, reporting, blocking and enforcement

The App automatically filters chat text and uploaded images; flagged messages are not delivered or are deleted. You can report any user from a game, its results screen, a direct chat or a profile, and you can block anyone at any time: blocked users are never matched into the same game as you and neither of you sees the other's messages. We act on reports within 24 hours and may warn, remove content, or temporarily or permanently ban accounts depending on severity. Banned accounts cannot sign in.

5. AI features and Agent Match

Agent Match may use profile details, interests, social intent, location, search radius and other matching preferences that you choose to provide to help AI interpret your request and surface potentially relevant users. AI-generated interpretations, summaries and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. We do not guarantee match outcomes, another user's identity or profile accuracy, compatibility, safety, or any particular social result. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to connect with other users and for your own interactions and decisions.

6. Games and virtual items

In-game coins, rankings and similar data are for entertainment only, have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. We may adjust rules or reset data to keep games fair.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App you agree to it.

8. Termination

You can request account deletion at any time in Settings → Delete Account; the account is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, and signing in during that period lets you cancel. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you in the App of material changes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
