邮箱：support@mocmok.com。我们会在 1–3 个工作日内回复。来信请附上你的用户名，方便我们定位账号。

删除账号

在 App 内打开「我的 → 设置 → 安全隐私 → 删除账号」，按提示完成验证即可提交注销。账号会进入 30 天冷静期，期间重新登录可以恢复；冷静期结束后账号、资料、聊天与对局数据会被永久删除。无法登录的话也可以发邮件给我们申请删除。

举报与拉黑

在对方的资料页可以拉黑；在游戏结算页、头像面板与私聊中可以举报，举报会在 24 小时内人工核实。拉黑后你们不会再被匹配到同一局，也看不到彼此的消息；可在「设置 → 黑名单」中移出。

登录问题

邮箱账号：在登录页点「忘记密码?」，通过邮箱验证码重设。手机号账号没有密码，每次用短信验证码登录；手机号登录目前仅支持美国（+1）号码，其他地区请使用邮箱或 Apple 登录。

年龄要求

MocMok 仅面向年满 18 周岁的成年人，注册时需要提供出生日期。

封禁申诉

如果你认为账号被误封，请发邮件说明用户名与情况，我们会复核。

Email: support@mocmok.com. We reply within 1–3 business days. Please include your username so we can find your account.

Delete your account

In the app go to Me → Settings → Security & Privacy → Delete Account and complete the verification step. Your account enters a 30-day grace period during which signing in restores it; after that, your account, profile, chats and game data are permanently deleted. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will process the deletion for you.

Report and block

Block anyone from their profile. Report from a game's results screen, the avatar panel or a direct chat; reports are reviewed by a person within 24 hours. Blocked users are never matched into the same game as you and neither of you sees the other's messages. Manage blocks under Settings → Blocked Users.

Signing in

Email accounts: tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to reset it with an emailed code. Phone accounts have no password and sign in with an SMS code each time; phone sign-in currently supports US (+1) numbers only. Elsewhere, use email or Sign in with Apple.

Age requirement

MocMok is for adults aged 18 or older; a date of birth is required at sign-up.

Appeals

If you believe your account was banned by mistake, email us with your username and we will take another look.
