1. What we collect
Account data: email or phone number, username, date of birth, gender, avatar and the profile details you choose to add (such as interests, city, social preferences and your dating profile, which may include ethnicity or religion if you choose to fill them in). Agent Match data: social intent, interests, matching preferences, search radius and what you type when talking to Mr.Moc. Usage data: game records and scores, chat messages, voice messages and photos you send, friendships, reports and blocks, and basic device information (model, system version, push token). Location: only when you enable location-based matching features and grant permission; it is used for location- and distance-based discovery, and you can disable the permission in your device or app settings at any time.
2. How we use it
To operate and improve Agent Match, games, chat and other matching features; to interpret your requests and surface recommendations using the social intent, interests, location, search distance and other preferences you choose to provide; for content moderation and safety (automatic filtering of in-game chat and uploaded photos, report handling and bans); to send verification codes, the push notifications you have turned on and essential service notices; and for troubleshooting. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Third-party services
We rely on the following processors, which handle data only on our instructions: Stream (chat messages, channels and chat notifications); Amazon Web Services (hosting, email delivery and automated image moderation); Twilio (SMS verification codes); OpenAI (Mr.Moc conversations, AI matching and match summaries); xAI (the AI player in Who is AI); Alibaba Cloud (judging drawings in Draw & Guess); Google Maps Platform (address search and geocoding when you set your location); Expo (push notification delivery); Resend (backup email delivery); and Apple (Sign in with Apple, where we only receive a verified identifier and email, and in-app purchases). What you send to an AI feature — your messages to Mr.Moc, in-game chat in Who is AI, drawings in Draw & Guess — goes to the corresponding provider to generate a response; we do not use it to train models.
4. Content moderation
In-game chat is screened against a keyword filter, and avatars and album photos go through automated image moderation. Direct and group chats between friends are not pre-screened; when you report a message, a person reviews the reported conversation, including any images. Chat logs from reported games are kept for 30 days for review. Moderation may result in content removal or an account ban, and content involving minors is reported to the authorities as the law requires.
5. Retention and deletion
You can request deletion in Settings → Delete Account. After the 30-day grace period we delete your account, profile, chats and game data, keeping only the minimum records required by law or to prevent abuse. You can edit or remove your profile, albums and friendships at any time. Messages you have already sent to other people may remain in their copy of the conversation.
6. Children
The App is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed at minors; a date of birth is required at sign-up and anyone under 18 cannot register. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw location permission, or delete your account. To export your data or exercise other rights, contact us at the address below.
8. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, verification codes are stored only as digests, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure — please keep your credentials safe.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you in the App of material changes.
