1. 我们收集的信息

账号信息：邮箱或手机号、用户名、出生日期、性别、头像与你自愿填写的资料（兴趣、所在城市、社交偏好等）。Agent Match 信息：你主动提供的社交需求、兴趣偏好、匹配条件、搜索范围以及与 Agent 交互时输入的内容。使用信息：游戏对局记录与成绩、聊天消息、好友关系、举报与拉黑记录、设备与崩溃日志。位置信息：仅在你启用需要位置的匹配功能并授权后获取，用于位置与距离相关的发现和匹配；你可以在系统或应用设置中关闭相关权限。

2. 我们如何使用

提供并改进 Agent Match、游戏、聊天与其他匹配功能；根据你选择提供的社交意图、兴趣、位置、搜索距离及其他条件帮助理解需求并进行推荐；进行内容审核与安全保护（自动过滤、举报处理、封禁）；发送验证码与必要的服务通知；进行统计与故障排查。我们不会向第三方出售你的个人信息。

3. 第三方服务

为提供服务，我们使用以下第三方处理数据：Stream（聊天消息与频道）、Amazon Web Services（服务器、邮件与图片审核）、Twilio（短信验证码）、Google / Apple / Facebook（第三方登录，仅接收验签后的身份标识与邮箱）。这些服务商仅按我们的指示处理数据。

4. 内容审核

聊天文本会经过关键词过滤；头像与相册照片会经过自动图像审核。被举报的对局聊天记录会被保存 30 天用于核实。审核结果可能导致内容删除或账号封禁。

5. 数据保留与删除

你可以在「设置 → 注销账号」申请删除账号，30 天冷静期结束后我们会删除你的账号、资料、聊天与对局数据，仅保留法律要求或用于防止滥用的最少记录。你也可以随时编辑或删除资料、相册与好友关系。

6. 未成年人

本应用仅面向年满 18 周岁的成年人，不面向未成年人；注册时须提供出生日期，未满 18 周岁无法注册。如发现未成年人信息被误收集，请联系我们删除。

7. 你的权利

你可以访问、更正或删除你的个人信息，撤回位置授权，或注销账号。如需导出数据或行使其他权利，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

8. 安全

密码经过加密存储，验证码只保存摘要，传输使用加密连接。没有任何系统是绝对安全的，请妥善保管你的凭证。

9. 政策变更

我们可能不时更新本政策，重大变更会在应用内通知。

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: email or phone number, username, date of birth, gender, avatar and profile details you choose to add (such as interests, city and social preferences). Agent Match data: social intent, interests, matching preferences, search radius and content you choose to enter when interacting with an Agent. Usage data: game records and scores, chat messages, friendships, reports and blocks, device and crash logs. Location: only when you enable location-based matching features and grant permission; it is used for location- and distance-based discovery, and you can disable the relevant permission in your device or app settings.

2. How we use it

To operate and improve Agent Match, games, chat and other matching features; to interpret requests and surface recommendations using social intent, interests, location, search distance and other preferences you choose to provide; for content moderation and safety (automatic filtering, report handling and bans); to send verification codes and essential service notices; and for analytics and troubleshooting. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

We rely on the following processors: Stream (chat messages and channels), Amazon Web Services (hosting, email and image moderation), Twilio (SMS verification codes), and Google / Apple / Facebook (sign-in; we only receive a verified identifier and email). They process data only on our instructions.

4. Content moderation

Chat text is screened against a keyword filter; avatars and album photos go through automated image moderation. Chat logs from reported games are kept for 30 days for review. Moderation may result in content removal or an account ban.

5. Retention and deletion

You can request deletion in Settings → Delete Account. After the 30-day grace period we delete your account, profile, chats and game data, keeping only the minimum records required by law or to prevent abuse. You can edit or remove your profile, albums and friendships at any time.

6. Children

The App is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed at minors; a date of birth is required at sign-up and anyone under 18 cannot register. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw location permission, or delete your account. To export your data or exercise other rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, verification codes are stored only as digests, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure — please keep your credentials safe.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you in the App of material changes.
